Role Description

This role involves engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences through personalized service.

Answer inbound calls in an unscripted, conversational manner while assisting with room and suite reservations for luxury brands.
Guide guests in choosing their ideal room and package, turning moments into lasting memories with sales expertise.
Bring warmth and creativity to every conversation as an Accor Heartist® by personalizing offers for unique experiences.

Qualifications

Professional-level fluency in both French and English is required.
Experience and/or education in hospitality, tourism, sales, customer service, or contact centre.
Ability to multitask efficiently while navigating multiple software systems.
Must be legally able to work full time in Canada.
Must be able to work from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am or 6:30 pm to 3:00 am, including weekends and holidays.
Must reside in and work from one of the following Canadian provinces: NB, NS, or PEI.
Must have a suitable home workspace and a high-speed, direct internet connection.

Requirements

This is a full-time, permanent career position; part-time or student positions are not offered.
Must be able to attend in-person training in Moncton, with travel and accommodations provided for qualified candidates.

$21.13 per hour starting salary, including a $1.50 per hour premium for French language skills.
$1.00 shift premium for hours worked after midnight.
4 weeks of paid vacation annually and 13 paid statutory holidays.
