Role Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are critical thinkers, committed to helping our members on a daily basis, and enthusiastic about acting as our company's first point of contact.

  • Answer questions about health benefits and plan eligibility, payment inquiries, and other general questions
  • Quickly assess and resolve issues while providing effective strategies for first-call resolution
  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service excellence

Qualifications

  • Enjoy helping others is a non-negotiable requirement
  • Fluently bilingual (English-French)
  • Relevant training, education, or work experience in customer service or health

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate both by phone and email in a clear, concise, and friendly manner
  • Desire to see things through to the end and enjoy new challenges
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Expert in problem solving and understanding the needs of members
  • Ability to answer both difficult and easy calls
