Role Description

We are seeking temporary call center agents who can answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails and assist property owners in scheduling appointments to dispute their property values.

Working Shift: Argentina's shift 9am to 5.30pm

Note: This project will span from Monday, April 1st to Friday, April 11th, 2025. Please note that these dates are fixed for the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, live chats, and emails in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments using DaySmart Appointments Software.
  • Enter information accurately and completely.
  • Guide conversations to keep them brief and on topic.
  • Minimize dissatisfaction by demonstrating empathy.
  • Provide answers to basic questions about the dispute process.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Advanced (C1) level or above in English

Requirements

  • Must have a laptop or desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
    • Processor: Core i5 or higher
    • RAM - 8GB or higher
  • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
    • Download Speed: at least 10 Mbps
    • Upload Speed: at least 10 Mbps
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise.
