Role Description
We are looking for a motivated person who likes to gain new experiences and work in a dynamic work atmosphere. As a Remote Accounts Support, you will become part of a young, aspiring company.
You can expect an attractive salary of 2300-2500 euros per month and additional commission possibilities. We also sponsor trips and events.
- Support our customers and service providers with inquiries and problems related to our Payment Provider services
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends
- Provide technical support and customer service for our accounting software application
- Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot customer accounts issues
Qualifications
- No bachelor's degree is necessary; everyone is welcome as long as they are motivated to learn
Requirements
- Work is done exclusively remotely
