Role Description
As a customer support agent with 5CA, you will be given the chance to work closely alongside us with extremely exciting companies. It is important to us that our people are the ones who understand our clients’ end-users: that gamers support gamers, that audio-geeks support audio-geeks, and techies support techies.
Whichever position you are applying for, you will be working on behalf of one of our clients to provide customer support for their products. After receiving top-notch training from our team, you’ll be ready to provide the kind of customer support that you’ve always wanted to receive from companies yourself.

Qualifications
- You speak English at a near-native level.
- Speaking an additional language, besides English, at a near-native level is a huge plus!
- You are available to work full-time (or part-time, minimum 28 hours per week) and in a fixed schedule.
- You are a fast learner, you take initiative, and you are awesome at troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Remote positions only: You have a dedicated, quiet work space, located within your own home.
- Experience in a Customer Service environment or an international business setting is a plus!
- Minimum PC requirements:
- A minimum internet speed of 10 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload, with Latency <120-200 ms (depending on the role) internationally.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- A 64-bit version of Windows 10 or newer, or macOS 10.11 or newer.
- An Intel Core i5-8260U or better/similar.
- An AMD 7870 Graphics card or better/similar.
- A smartphone usable for two-factor authentication that runs at least Android 8.0 or newer, Apple iOS 15.0 or newer.
