Role Description

This role involves managing customer relationships post-purchase of NICE CX products, ensuring their success through effective account management.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, engaging resources across teams to resolve issues and requests.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with assigned accounts, holding regular discussions to review open issues and understand their needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent triage and troubleshooting skills, teaching peers to improve their success.
  • Partner with NICE CX teams to ensure technical challenges and issues are handled properly and within SLA targets.
  • Exhibit superior knowledge of NICE CX products and associated technologies.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each customer's environment and propose solutions to accelerate their success.
  • Develop and present customized presentations to quantify and qualify product/service usage and next steps.
  • Assist the team by taking ownership of escalations in your area of expertise.
  • Develop business cases outlining problems, impacts, proposed solutions, and outcomes to improve NICE CX performance.
  • Assist customers in preparation for go-live, building confidence as they begin using products in a live environment.
  • Occasional travel (up to 25%) required for customer site visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or similar field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 6+ years in a Technical/Service role in software, telecommunications, or customer service.
  • Demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end-users/customers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work with little supervision and complete projects.
  • Working technical knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment and meeting customer time constraints.
