Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing team as Virtual Client Solutions Specialists. In this role, you'll connect with individuals and families who have requested information about available supplemental benefits, help them understand their options, and provide professional support throughout the process.

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with clients who have requested information regarding available benefits
• Identify individual and family needs through thoughtful conversations
• Explain benefit programs and coverage options clearly and professionally
• Answer questions and provide solution-focused guidance
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, reliability, and consistent communication

Requirements
