Core Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Take part in continued mentorship and team development
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Cultivate long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
• Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position
• Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
• Work authorization in the United States
• Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently
• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
• Strong communication and people skills

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
