Role Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Travel Reservations & Client Support Specialist who can help keep the many moving pieces of vacation planning organized. Unlike a role focused primarily on destination inspiration, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, follow-through, and problem solving.

You'll support travelers throughout different stages of the planning process, including:

• Responding to client questions and requests
• Gathering information about travel preferences
• Researching available vacation options
• Assisting with hotel, resort, cruise, activity, and other travel reservations
• Reviewing reservation details for accuracy
• Organizing confirmations and important information
• Tracking deadlines and follow-up needs
• Communicating updates or changes
• Helping clients locate appropriate resources when questions arise
• Maintaining positive relationships after travel

Qualifications

• Attention to detail matters.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Stay organized and manage multiple requests.
• Follow through without needing constant supervision.
• Comfortable learning online platforms and completing ongoing travel-industry training.
• Previous travel experience isn't required.
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, reservations, retail, education, sales, or similar roles may find that many of their existing skills transfer naturally.
