[Hiring] Time Keeping Specialist @Donatech

Role Description

• Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
• US Citizenship Required.
• Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the Client Employee Service Center.
• Support will entail administration within various time recording systems.
• Performing time adjustments in client system.
• Maintaining holiday schedules.
• Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions.
• System training and testing when system changes occur.
• Weekly reporting and audit support.
• Complete required tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll principles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Time and Attendance principles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Wage and Hour Compliance requirements.
• Proven effective Customer Service skills.
• Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated effective Analytical skills.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
