[Hiring] Temporary Customer Service Representative @Teton Ridge

Role Description

Teton Ridge is seeking a part-time, temporary Customer Service Representative for the months of November and December. This individual will provide support to customers of our Cowboy+ service and Pro Fantasy Rodeo platform including:

• Listening to customers' concerns and providing solutions
• Taking orders
• Processing payments
• Handling refunds

This is a remote role eligible for work anywhere in the United States. The schedule will include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role

• Problem solving: Identify the root cause of a problem and develop a solution
