Role Description

Voyager Fleet helps businesses keep their vehicles and drivers moving by providing solutions for managing fuel, maintenance, EV charging, tolls, and other fleet expenses. Through U.S. Bank’s fleet solutions, customers can manage transactions, spending controls, billing, and reporting while gaining greater visibility into their fleet operations.

Our Customer Service team helps support these fleet customers and their drivers. Please keep in mind that our business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We support corporate fleet clients whose drivers operate throughout the country and at all hours, including holidays and during natural disasters. Because of this, reliable coverage across all operating hours is essential to supporting our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically four to five years of relevant experience

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures of banking products and services
• Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult customer calls
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
• Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
