[Hiring] Technical Onboarding Specialist @USTech Solutions

Role Description

Support high-volume onboarding of individual customers onto a SaaS/CRM platform. This role follows a structured onboarding process, guides customers through standard setup and usage steps, answers common questions, and ensures customers complete onboarding efficiently and on time.

• Guide individual customers through structured onboarding sessions.
• Walk customers through standard account setup, user activation, system connections, workflows, and other required onboarding steps.
• Help customers understand and use available resources and the out-of-the-box platform experience.
• Answer standard technical and onboarding questions and identify issues that require escalation.
• Keep customers accountable to agreed timelines and onboarding milestones.
• Manage a high-volume book of accounts across different stages of onboarding.
• Maintain accurate notes, status updates, milestones, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct live customer conversations by phone and video, maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete onboarding checklists accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate clear handoffs to Customer Success.
• Follow established processes and identify opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, customer support, technical support, CRM support, or a related role.
• Experience working directly with customers in a structured or process-driven environment.
• Follow Up Boss or other CRM experience.
• Salesforce or Gainsight experience.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build customer connections quickly.
• Confident, professional customer presence in phone and video interactions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and work to defined timelines.
• Comfortable following standardized processes, checklists, SOPs, and escalation procedures.
• Ability to explain basic technical concepts clearly to customers.

Requirements

• Real estate or real-estate technology experience.
• SaaS onboarding or implementation experience.
• Exposure to CRM workflows, automations, integrations, or troubleshooting.
• High-volume customer support or call-center experience.
• Experience working in a remote, fast-paced customer environment.
