Role Description

The Support Specialist is responsible for injecting and processing repair requests, uploading documentation, and coordinating tow requests submitted by business partners, customers, and internal departments. This role facilitates communication between these parties through email and internal systems, ensuring a smooth path toward a positive resolution for the customer.

• Experience working in an administrative role.
