• You will talk with clients (via email and phone) to help them solve their IT issues: account password reset, Internet connectivity issues, emailing options, etc.
• You will log in remotely to clients' computers to solve software issues easily.
• You will document the issues you deal with daily into the ticketing system.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Escalating problems to the next level of support when necessary.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in German and English.
• Experience in customer service, preferably over the phone or face-to-face.
• Ability to adapt communication style to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
