Role Description

Mercier Consultancy is recruiting a Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Representative on behalf of a leading international company in the tobacco industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support via phone, email, and chat. You will handle customer inquiries, provide information about services, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company procedures and comply with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Slovenian (C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Minimum age requirement 21+.
