Role Description

The EFM Shared Services Representative for the Vendor Support Phone Team is responsible for:

• Answering vendor phone calls regarding payments, processes, and vendor set up questions.
• Addressing vendor questions related to repair order entry and the payment approval process.
• Increasing user adoption of the Auto Integrate system through vendor education and training.

This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work 100% from your home residence in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area. Our department operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.

The pay for this position is $17.75 to $19.00 per hour USD, determined based on various factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Must currently live in the Greater St. Louis, MO Metropolitan area.
• One (1) year of customer service experience directly supporting clients and/or vendors.
• One (1) year of administrative or office experience demonstrating detail orientation and ability to resolve issues.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to meet all work from home technical requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from vendors regarding status updates on vehicle payment inquiries, repair authorizations, concerns, or status updates and document in internal systems.
• Conduct follow-up processes that include communicating with vendors on payment timelines, investigating payment delays, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Identify and escalate customer service opportunities related to vehicle administration, repairs, or payment processing and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to leadership on frequently asked questions from vendors or recurring issues to improve processes and client satisfaction.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Work From Home (WFH) Requirements

• Terrestrial cable or fiber internet connections are strongly preferred; satellite internet connections are not supported.
• High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required.
• Connection latency must be less than 100ms.
