[Hiring] Senior Customer Success Manager @Amplitude

Role Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will ensure that major enterprise accounts across DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics achieve real results with Amplitude. You will own 15–20 Major Enterprise accounts from kickoff through renewal and expansion.

• Lead deployments end to end.
• Scope the work, build the plan, run kickoff, and coordinate internal and partner teams to meet milestones.
• Spot risk early and fix it using AI-powered health signals.
• Grow adoption through hands-on working sessions and new use cases.
• Tell the value story by building success plans and executive business reviews.
• Drive revenue with your AE by coaching champions and building business cases.
• Shape the product by providing customer feedback to influence future developments.
• Raise the bar by building playbooks and sharing effective strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven Customer Success experience managing a portfolio of large Enterprise accounts.
• Experience with Enterprise deployments focusing on change management and data governance.
• Clear commercial wins: customers retained and expanded.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with executive presence.
• Solid project management skills and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving, independent role.
