Role Description

Our client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior ATM Help Desk Support for their Remote location.

• This is an ATM Helpdesk Support role with strong troubleshooting of hardware computer devices.
• Provide phone support for vendors on hardware / cash vendors.
• Dispatch service requests.
• Use tools like Service Now & Vision for the dispatch request.
• Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls from Cash Vendors regarding ATM issues.
• Provide support to Cash Vendors and offer basic troubleshooting via phone.

Qualifications

• Helpdesk Support / Desktop Support experience is a must.
• Knowledge of ATM hardware is highly preferred.
• Strong email etiquette and communication skills.
• Any certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or Unix/Linux Technologies, ITIL Foundations, CompTIA.
• Excellent communication skills are key.
