Role Description

As a Reservations Support Specialist, you will assist clients in organizing and managing their travel arrangements from start to finish, with a focus on the technical and logistical side of bookings. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring each client's itinerary is accurate, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs. You'll work closely with both clients and travel partners to coordinate bookings, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks related to confirming and managing reservations within various travel systems.

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and specific reservation requirements.
• Coordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings ensuring all details are confirmed.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details within the reservation database.
• Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with technical booking entries and vendor confirmations.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, or reservation issues.
• Ensure a smooth and positive client experience by verifying that all bookings are accurately processed and documented.

Qualifications
