Role Description

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Reservations Support Representative. In this role, you will assist clients with researching vacation options, organizing reservation information, and keeping important trip details accurate throughout the planning process. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy customer service, online research, problem-solving, and staying organized. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

• Gather client details such as preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research available resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and package options using approved supplier resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected services and maintain organized confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Respond to routine client questions, provide booking updates, follow up on missing information, and assist with standard reservation adjustments when needed.
• Review names, dates, services, and other booking details for accuracy while tracking deadlines and maintaining current client records.
