Role Description

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Advisors. This role offers the opportunity to assist clients in planning personalized travel experiences while providing exceptional customer service from start to finish. As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their travel preferences, recommend suitable vacation options, coordinate reservations, and ensure every detail is carefully organized.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare customized itineraries.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online platforms to provide updates and answer questions.
• Assist with reservation modifications, itinerary changes, and travel-related requests.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client information.
• Work with travel suppliers to coordinate reservations and confirm travel details.
• Stay current on destination information, supplier offerings, and travel industry updates.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after clients' travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new technology and online booking platforms.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting.
