Role Description

AO is expanding our virtual team and seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join us as Remote Insurance Representatives. You'll meet virtually with individuals and families to help them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, identify their needs, and guide them toward appropriate coverage solutions. This role combines customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
