Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Client Benefits Representatives. You'll meet with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, answer questions about available benefits, identify coverage needs, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client service. This position combines customer service, relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
