Role Description

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
• Educate families on supplemental benefit programs
• Help clients choose solutions that fit their needs
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team
