Role Description

This remote intake position helps connect incoming online forms and emails to an existing case. Responsibilities include:

• Checking the supplied reference number against the correct online system.
• Comparing the minimum approved details before linking a message.
• Updating records when a match is clear and asking for help when it is not.
• Reading assigned web-form and email replies containing case references.
• Attaching confirmed replies to existing requests.
• Flagging mismatched, missing, or duplicate references for review.
• Asking concise clarification questions when permitted by the employer's process.
• Recording the current status and next owner accurately.
• Keeping private information out of general team notes.

Qualifications

• No previous case management employment is necessary.
• Customer service or office administration background is useful but optional.
• Comfortable with online records and careful with numbers.
• Willing to stop when a match is uncertain.

Requirements

• Ability to summarize issues without merging them.
• Attention to detail to avoid mistakes that can expose information or hide requests.
• Ability to leave a small list of cases awaiting a number or clarification at the end of a shift.
• Understanding of the approved online lookup instructions.
