Role Description

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing professional and courteous customer service. This position is responsible for:

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Taking messages
• Greeting visitors
• Performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
• Assisting with document preparation, data entry, filing, mailings, and other administrative tasks
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient office environment

Qualifications

• Must project a professional image and voice
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and experience with multiple-line phone systems
• Self-starter with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks
• Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work as a team member in a rapidly changing environment
• Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours
• Responsive to internal and external client needs
• Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is highly valued but not required
• Knowledge of lower-level claim handling responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficient typing skills
