• Must be able to take the state exam in the greater Charleston SC area.

Responsibilities

• Expert Guidance: Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
• Policy Management: Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
• Problem Solving: Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced Professionals: Background in customer service; call center experience is a plus.

Requirements

• All agents must have wired internet service installed directly into their home.
• Acceptable wired services include:
  • Cable internet
  • Fiber-optic internet
  • DSL broadband
• Wireless-only internet services are not allowed, including:
  • Cellular/mobile hotspots (4G, 5G, LTE)
  • Fixed wireless internet
  • Satellite internet providers (e.g., Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat)
• Direct Ethernet Connection Requirement: The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable.
• Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire.
