[Hiring] Pre-Service Financial Concierge @Texas Health Resources

Role Description

Fast-paced, high-volume Call Center looking for a top skilled Financial Concierge.

Work location: 612 East Lamar, Arlington, Texas 76011

Work environment: Patient Financial Experience – Remote, but onsite training may be required.

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (10am – 6:30pm)

What You Will Do:

• Receive calls from patients/guarantors regarding financial questions on their account(s) balance consisting of estimate, deposits/payments, payment plans.
• Financial Clearance for Patient Arrival - Review High Dollar, OON, Limited benefit Work Ques
• Complete work queues within 24 hours for insurance patients that need financial arrangements
• Obtain and verify patient demographics, verify benefits, collect copays

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Two years of experience in a hospital CBO customer service or Call Center environment (REQUIRED)
• Working knowledge of Medical Terminology and understanding of reimbursement methodologies (REQUIRED)
• CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (PREFERRED)
