Role Description

As a Portuguese-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will provide first-class technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through solutions, and ensure every customer receives a professional and efficient support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Stay up to date with product updates, technical documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and common software applications.
• Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer support is an advantage but not essential.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
