Role Description

Mercier Consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for customer-focused professionals to join an international automotive customer service team in Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with vehicle-related inquiries, connected services, warranties, roadside assistance, after-sales support, and general customer questions while ensuring every interaction reflects excellence in customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with vehicle information, digital services, warranties, and after-sales inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with dealerships, service centres, and internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Build lasting customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent Portuguese and English communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in the automotive industry.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
