[Hiring] Polish-Speaking Customer Service Agent @Mercier Consultancy

Role Description

We're looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team, supporting customers on behalf of Dyson. Working from the comfort of your home in Greece, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support across a range of enquiries. Your daily tasks will involve:

• Answering customer enquiries via telephone
• Responding to emails
• Engaging in live online chats

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Polish, both written and verbal
• High level of English
• Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Valid EU passport
• Must be either living in Greece or willing to relocate
