Role Description

We are looking for motivated and organized individuals interested in a flexible remote opportunity assisting clients with planning, research, and reservations. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, comparing options, solving problems, and providing personalized customer service.

As a Remote Planning Consultant, you will communicate with clients to learn about their preferences, needs, and budgets. You will then research available options, provide recommendations, assist with reservations, and help ensure clients have the information they need throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and online platforms
• Gather information about client needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and compare available options
• Prepare and present recommendations
• Assist clients with reservations and confirmations
• Review reservation details for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records
• Respond to questions and provide ongoing client support
• Follow up with clients when necessary
• Complete required training and continuing education

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States or Mexico
• Reliable internet connection
• Access to a computer or laptop
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Willingness to learn new systems and complete required training

Requirements

• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, planning, or sales experience can be helpful but is not required
• We are primarily looking for individuals who are dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable providing professional client service in a remote environment
