What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

• Deliver Exceptional Inbound Support: Provide warm, empathetic, articulate, and highly professional assistance to inbound callers across a diverse array of industries and small businesses.
• Master Multitasking and Adaptability: Effortlessly navigate dual-monitor setups to switch between custom client instructions, real-time data entry systems, and customized call scripts without missing a beat.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators, including schedule adherence, average call wrap-up times, accuracy, and Quality Assurance service standards.
• Represent Our Clients with Pride: Serve as a seamless extension of our clients' teams, ensuring every caller is provided top-tier customer care, regardless of the nature of the call.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
• Location: Must currently reside within 50 miles of San Antonio, Texas.
• Technical Skills: A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with demonstrated accuracy, along with high comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Communication and Demeanor: A naturally warm, professional phone presence. Ability to remain calm, focused, and empathetic during fast-paced or challenging caller interactions.
• Reliability: A proven track record of self-motivation, strong time-management skills, and dependable attendance.
• Preferred (Bonus points!):
• Prior experience in a high-volume call center, contact center, customer service, or administrative support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) is a huge plus!

Requirements

• Hardware and Home Office Technical Requirements:
• Computer System: PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or higher. Chromebooks, Macs/Apple products, Linux systems, and tablets are not compatible.
• Display: Dual-monitor setup with a minimum screen resolution of 1600x900 per monitor.
• Internet Connection: High-speed internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps Download/10 Mbps Upload.
• Connection Type: A dedicated, direct-wired Ethernet connection is required. Wi-Fi, cellular hotspots, DSL, satellite, or dial-up connections are strictly prohibited as primary sources.
• Professional-grade wired USB headset with noise-cancelling built-in microphone, plus an operational webcam.
• Equipment Policy: Employees are required to provide their own fully compliant hardware during the initial onboarding period. Upon successful completion of 90 days of employment, Ruby will provide standard company-issued equipment.
