Role Description

AO is seeking friendly, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Online Client Care Representatives. You'll work virtually with members and their families, answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide professional ongoing support. No previous insurance experience is required.

• Provide virtual support to individuals and families while helping them understand and access available benefit programs.
• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly.
• Listen to each client's needs and provide personalized guidance.
• Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after enrollment.
• Create a positive and professional client experience.
• Build trust through active listening, communication, and reliable follow-up.
• Conduct benefit and policy reviews when appropriate.
• Assist with beneficiary updates, policy changes, and service requests.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate digital client records.
• Manage appointments and follow-up communications.
• Utilize Zoom, email, CRM systems, and other online tools.
• Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements.
• Collaborate with a supportive virtual team.
