You'll handle support primarily through our Intercom ticketing system, with phone or video support offered as needed. Your mission is to ensure seamless service and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop expertise in our product suite and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support for exceptional service delivery.
