Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the online retail industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately while engaging in live chat conversations.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of online chat platforms and web-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
