Role Description

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Provider Services Representative II to join our team! The Provider Services Representative II supports provider relations by delivering administrative assistance through the Provider Support Service Line and coordinating service line activities. The role resolves provider inquiries, documents service activities, and shares operational knowledge with team members to support service quality and consistent, accurate provider interactions. The Provider Support Service Line may often be the first interaction with the organization; therefore, the Provider Services Representative must respond to the person’s needs in a professional service-oriented manner and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by triaging the emails and calls, and ensuring the questions, concerns, or issues get directed or transferred to the appropriate Trillium unit or department.

On a typical day, you might:

• Respond to provider inquiries and resolve routine operational issues.
• Provide administrative support and coordination for provider services operations and activities.
• Assist with coordination of service line workflows and daily operations.
• Support training and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Maintain accurate records of provider interactions and service activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in the health or human services field, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR
• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in the health or human services field, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR
• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in the health or human services field, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Provider Support Service Line hours are 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday; May be required to work weekends, holidays, and/or during a disaster event or response.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within North Carolina.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Qualified Professional status with the populations served.
