[Hiring] Licensed Customer Service Representative @Polly - Insurance

Role Description

Join a team of professionals that are out to disrupt and transform the insurance and auto retail industries. Polly is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines Service team who has excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering incoming inquiries.
• Continuously develop strong relationships with both our clients and carriers.
• Be customer focused, detail oriented, and efficient.
• Be professional, reliable, and adaptable.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• Proven customer support experience servicing home and auto
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
• Working comfortably in a high-volume work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technically savvy
• Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (cable, fiber or DS) from a major ISP
• Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools preferred

Requirements

• Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations
• Adhere to assigned schedules, including scheduled holidays based on business coverage needs
• Meet established productivity, quality, and performance standards
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while actively engaged with customers
• All computer equipment is provided; must maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements
• Must have a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk
• Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required; 50 Mbps of download / 25 Mbps upload (or higher) are recommended
