Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Physically located within an eligible U.S. location
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Webcam and microphone capability
• Quiet, professional home workspace
• Comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in training and professional development
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation
• Willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License

Requirements

• No previous insurance experience required
• Applicants should be willing and financially prepared to complete applicable state licensing requirements before beginning licensed insurance activities
