[Hiring] Intake Coordinator @Lemieux & Associates LLC

Role Description

As our Intake Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing incoming referrals
• Retrieving information from client portals
• Establishing cases within company systems
• Verifying details for accuracy and completeness
• Communicating with clients when clarification is needed
• Routing assignments to the appropriate teams

This is a full-time, remote position with varying shifts scheduled within normal business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems and client portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accurately enter, review, and manage detailed information
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
• Dependable and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Experience in insurance, claims, investigations, legal services, healthcare, or another referral-based environment is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance terminology, claims referrals, investigative services, client portals, and case management systems is preferred
