Role Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Specialist to support the daily customer service and administrative operations of an independent insurance agency. In this role, you will assist customers with:

• Billing inquiries
• Payments
• Policy documentation
• Renewals
• Claims intake
• General insurance service requests

You will communicate with customers and insurance carriers, maintain accurate records, follow up on pending requests, and ensure that customer needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and managing multiple responsibilities. Previous insurance experience is a plus but is not required. No insurance license is needed for this position.

• Experience handling customer calls and emails (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are highly preferred
