Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Infor Xpert Application Support Consultant to provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for Infor Xpert 5.0 PTF H. The scope of the engagement is flexible and may range from providing on-demand support as needed to serving as a dedicated day-to-day application support resource for a defined period. Depending on the agreed scope, the consultant may function as an extension of the existing support team or serve as the primary point of contact for Infor Xpert application support. The primary objective is to ensure the stable, efficient, and reliable operation of the application while providing timely assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Infor Xpert
• Respond to and resolve application incidents and user-reported issues
• Troubleshoot application errors and functional issues
• Provide day-to-day user support and guidance
• Perform routine application support and maintenance
• Serve as a point of contact for incident resolution
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Track and follow up on open incidents through resolution
• Support the continued stability and efficient operation of the Infor Xpert application
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders as needed to resolve application-related issues

Technical Environment

• Infor Xpert 5.0 PTF H

Coverage

• Support coverage will be provided within the European and/or Americas time zones.
• Specific working hours and coverage requirements will be discussed based on business needs.

Contract Duration

• Initial 1-year contract
• Intention to extend annually
• Either party may terminate the engagement with three months' notice

Engagement Model

• The engagement model will be determined based on business needs and may include:
• On-demand application support
• Scheduled or defined support coverage
• Dedicated day-to-day application support
• Acting as an extension of the existing support team
• Serving as the primary point of contact for Infor Xpert support and incident resolution
