Role Description

As an Inbound Call Assistant at Geode, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional support and guiding inquiries efficiently. You will play a key role in upholding our service standards and ensuring a smooth communication experience for all incoming calls.

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, courteous manner
• Assist callers by providing accurate information, support, and resolving inquiries
• Route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of each interaction using our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies and compliance standards
• Provide follow-ups as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance reviews

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in using computer systems, CRM platforms, and communication tools
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively
• A positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude
