Role Description

As a Summer Work and Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the account management and sales activities for the team. The position focuses on providing exceptional customer service by:

• Addressing client inquiries
• Resolving issues related to systems, hiring events, and participant incidents
• Delivering training on processes, program rules, and in-country activities

The role supports sales activities by:

• Performing outreach to prospects to help increase job sales within a region
• Providing ongoing support to host employers by navigating participant-related issues, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance on best practices
• Recruiting and interviewing participants on behalf of employers
• Leading and contributing to assigned projects
• Collaborating across teams to achieve shared objectives

The position may require both domestic and international travel depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 1-3 years of previous customer success or customer service experience required
• International study/work experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills with incredible attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong ability to multitask while overseeing daily project management
• Energetic and team-oriented
