This position focuses on delivering professional service while ensuring reservation information and client preferences are handled accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable communicating with clients and service providers in a remote environment.

• Assist clients with reservation inquiries and requests
• Research accommodations, services, activities, and available options
• Coordinate reservation details based on client preferences
• Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
• Communicate relevant reservation information and updates
• Assist with modifications and special accommodations
• Maintain organized client records
• Track outstanding requests and follow up appropriately
• Communicate with hospitality and service providers
• Help resolve reservation-related questions
• Maintain professional service standards throughout the client experience
