Role Description

AO Globe Life is expanding our remote team and currently hiring. • Cultivate long-term client relationships
• Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Provide attentive, client-first service
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

Qualifications

• Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role
• A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company
• Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
