As a Healthcare Collections Agent, you’ll work 100% remotely, helping patients resolve their medical bills while representing some of the most respected hospitals and healthcare providers in the country. • Be the voice of care: Help patients navigate their billing questions with empathy and professionalism. Expected to be on calls 50-60% of your day, moving between customer service with the patient and bill collection on their account.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Customer service, sales, and collections experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Compensation: Base + Commission: $15/hour base with commission potential. Average earnings can increase to $17-$19/hour within 6 months.

• Must be able to commit to the following schedule: Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with optional Saturday overtime.
• Shift: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Central Time (30-minute lunch).
• Training: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Central Time (1-hour lunch).
