Role Description

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help coordinate destination research, reservations, and planning details in a remote environment. As a Global Destinations Coordinator, you'll assist clients with comparing options, organizing important information, and keeping destination-related plans clear and on track. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Research destinations and available options
• Gather client dates, preferences, and priorities
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and activity details
• Organize schedules and itinerary information
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help manage changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
