We are currently seeking talented professionals for the German Speaking Customer Experts for Salt position in Greece. • Provide high-quality technical and account support to customers within the telecommunications sector.
• Efficiently resolve inquiries regarding mobile services, internet plans, and billing queries.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Salt products and telecommunications industry standards to offer precise solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through empathetic and professional communication in German.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system to ensure seamless service flow.
• Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot complex connectivity or service-related issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to qualify for these German-speaking jobs.
• Strong interest in the telecommunications industry and digital technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work remotely from Greece, with high proficiency in using digital office tools.
